Many Club members ride on their own and the possibility of an Emergency is always present.
In case of emergency (ICE) is a program that enables first responders, such as paramedics, firefighters, and police officers, to identify victims and contact their next of kin to obtain important medical information. Originally the ICE designation was used to identify emergency numbers stored on a mobile phone, the designation is recognised by paramedics & medical personnel worldwide and is being more widely used and incorporated into a number of safety products.
Sherri Donaldson has discovered a product called PolarTags which are personal ID tags carrying the ICE designation and are designed to be mounted on your helmet, shoe or on your wrist.
